Ceigall India Ltd Wins Rs 225 Crore Bulk Drug Park Contract in Himachal Pradesh
Ceigall India Ltd, a prominent infrastructure construction company with over two decades of experience, has secured a significant contract. The company, founded in 2002, will develop a Bulk Drug Park in Una District, Himachal Pradesh, for Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (HPSIDC).
The contract, worth Rs 225 crore, is an item-rate contract with a performance security of 3% of the contract value. It is set to be completed over 18 months. The project, known as Phase I, involves a range of tasks including SH formation cutting, internal roads, storm water drains, a bridge, and boundary fencing.
Ceigall India Ltd's extensive experience in highway and road construction will be put to use in this project. As of June 2025, the company's entire order book stood at Rs 10,337.4 crore, with a significant portion, 61.7%, coming from HAM projects. This contract further bolsters the company's portfolio, which also includes EPC and BOT projects.
With no other company publicly recorded to have conducted Bulk Drug Park projects in Una District, Himachal Pradesh, Ceigall India Ltd's contract with HPSIDC marks a significant step in the development of the region's pharmaceutical infrastructure. The project is expected to contribute to the state's industrial growth and create job opportunities.
