For the sixth consecutive year, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City has didn't mess around when it came to recognizing its dedicated employees. In 2024, the property smashed records, and they weren't gonna let the hard-working team that made it all possible miss out on the credit.
On Thursday, it was confirmed that a whopping $10 million went straight into the pockets of union and non-union staff at the oceanfront resort.
Celebrating the Troops: Bonuses, Cash and Prizes Galore
The Swanky Boardwalk entertainment casino resort shouted out its workforce with a heap of bonuses and extra goodies.
Two high-energy Town Hall events were thrown, where execs and leaders yelled "Whoo! Hoo!" as they spotlighted the extraordinary feats of the Hard Rock Atlantic City crew, rewarding them with a $100,000 cash and prize pool, on top of their hard-earned bonuses.
George Goldhoff, Hard Rock Atlantic City's fearless leader, spoke about the venue's triumphs in 2024, giving a shout-out to the heroes behind the scenes.
"Today's Town Hall is a party to honor the tireless efforts and dedication of our Hard Rock family," he declared.
Meanwhile, Hard Rock International's Chairman, Jim Allen, congratulated the hotel and casino's staff and management team during the lively Town Hall events.
Allen praised the team for their role in achieving a series of amazing milestones. He went on to say that the bonuses and extra swag were a heartfelt thank-you to the dedicated employees who delivered unforgettable experiences to guests of Hard Rock Atlantic City.
"2024 was an absolute blockbuster year for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City," Allen explained, "and we want to acknowledge the incredible efforts of team members who made it all happen."
Finally, Allen added, "We smashed records for overall profit, market share, hotel occupancy, slot win, and table games drop. We also had a killer year for conventions, food and beverage, entertainment, spa, and hotel room sales."
Before we move on, it's worth noting that Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Virginia (ahem, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol) is set to open its poker room on February 7, 2025.
