Victoria Alekseenko, a dedicated rail traffic controller, has climbed the career ladder in the railway industry. Her journey began in 2004 when she graduated from the Tyndinsky Technical School of Railway Transport, specialising in "Organization of Transportation and Management of Train Movement."

After her graduation, Alekseenko started her career as a station master at Nymnyr station. Her duties included receiving, dispatching, and routing trains, as well as preparing the necessary technical documentation. In 2011, she was transferred to Aldan station, where her responsibilities expanded. As the station master, she was responsible for ensuring the correct preparation of all documents, delivering and removing wagons on industrial tracks for cargo operations, and composing receiving and dispatching train schedules.

In 2012, Alekseenko was promoted to the position of Aldan station master. Her tasks expanded to include shunting operations for forming and breaking up train sets. She was also responsible for installing wheel chocks on wagons and maintaining technical journals.

In 2018, Alekseenko was appointed to the key position of train dispatcher at Joint Stock Company "Yakutia Railways." Today, her duties include monitoring the execution of train schedules and coordinating the use of wagon and locomotive fleets. She ensures the safety of train movement, a responsibility that requires a high degree of responsibility and knowledge of technical documents.

Alekseenko's daily routine as a train dispatcher involves solving complex operational tasks and organising emergency medical assistance for passengers when necessary. She coordinates train movements systematically to maintain smooth traffic flow on the railway network, ensuring the security of all trains and personnel working on or near the tracks by managing track usage and equipment deployment.
