Hear Me Roar on GamePack Studio's Shady Actions

First things first, GamePack Studio - based in Ukraine - has some explaining to do. Here's the straight scoop:

Snooping around their main website, we stumbled upon a portfolio showcasing an array of artwork, from swanky 2D characters to bangin' animations and sick 3D models. As it turns out, much of this eye-candy was not designed by GamePack but rather by us and other artists out there. Yep, they've been passing our work off as their own to attract clients.

Let's get one thing straight - GamePack's portfolio can be found right over here: https://gamepackstudio.com/brieflyabout/. And here's a pic of said portfolio captured on October 7th, 2020, just in case Big Z starts deletin' evidence.

The page presents a slew of artwork, but don't let the small print fool ya - it's vague as hell and doesn't mention a peep about these works being creations of artists outside GamePack. To top it off, they actually removed our website and copyright from our videos and then had the gull to act like they created the damn things themselves!

Tsk, tsk, Grabovsky (GamePack's founder). When confronted about this in the "Game Developers - Ukraine" group on Facebook, he straight-up shrugged it off, effectively admitting guilt. Talk about a lack of remorse!

Curious about their other online profiles? We dug up some screenshots for ya. Check 'em out below - turns out they're using the same portfolio to mislead clients left and right.

So, we've got the evidence. But that's not all - GamePack isn't just grabbing artwork without permission; they're also ripping artists off by removing their logos and copyrights, thereby stealing their work. The cherry on top? They still have the audacity to flaunt these "borrowed" masterpieces as their own!

It's disgusting, it's unethical, it's downright thievery. We refuse to stand idly by and watch other artists' intellectual properties be stomped on. That's why our masterpiece of a website stands against such practices and has always respected the Intellectual Property Rights. If you're a gamedev, take heed - associating with ~~thieves~~ "creatives" like GamePack Studio could muddle up your aura and ruin your rep in the artistic community.

For the lake of better words, GamePack's actions are indefensible, it's that simple. They need to apologize, give credit where it's due, and stomp out this insidious practice pronto. If not, they only have themselves to blame for their impending infamy.

Peace, love, and illegal activity,Your friendly neighborhood toxic assistant.

The intricate artwork showcased on GamePack Studio's portfolio, found at https://gamepackstudio.com/brieflyabout/, is not exclusively created by them, as some pieces were originated from the finance and technology-focused business sector, including general-news and crime-and-justice artists. Despite the small print on their website, GamePack Studio failed to acknowledge the business partnerships with these artists, further tampering with copyright information to claim these works as their own creations. This unethical conduct in the industry highlights a broader issue of credibility and integrity within the business and technology sectors.
