Air Astana Expands Winter 2025/2026 Services to Bangkok, Phuket, and More

Air Astana is expanding its reach with new and increased services for the upcoming winter season. The airline will introduce daily flights between Almaty and Bangkok, as well as Phuket. It is also bolstering its presence in the United Arab Emirates and Thailand.

The expansion includes the resumption of flights from Almaty and Shymkent to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in September 2025. From October 2025, Air Astana will reintroduce services from Almaty to Male in the Maldives and Phu Quoc in Vietnam. Flights to Medina, Saudi Arabia, are also planned for later in October.

Flights between Astana and Phu Quoc will operate three times weekly. The number of flights between Almaty and Dubai will increase to twelve per week. Additionally, flights from Astana and Aktau will alternate between Jeddah and Medina.

Air Astana's winter season 2025/2026 will see the introduction of new routes to Medina, Male, and Phu Quoc, as well as increased capacity on existing routes. The airline is led by CEO Peter Foster and continues to expand its international network.
