The state-of-the-art warehouse, spanning approximately 20,000 square meters, was developed by 7R, a prominent developer of commercial properties in Poland, and is now fully leased to Aluprof.
The facility, known as the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I, has been certified BREEAM Very Good, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability. The warehouse has been tailored to meet Aluprof's specific operational needs, including production, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
The transaction marks a tailored Build-to-Suit (BTS) investment, where the facility was developed through close cooperation with Aluprof to ensure technical and logistical alignment with their needs.

Aluprof, part of Grupa Kęty S.A., operates extensively in over 50 markets with a workforce of about 3,000. They supply aluminium systems for windows, doors, façades, roller shutters, and sunshades. The new warehouse will support their growing operations.
