Accolade and Conseq Acquire Custom-Built Warehouse for Leading Polish Aluminium Systems Manufacturer
Accolade and Conseq, European investment groups focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, have jointly acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility in Międzyrzecz, near Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The facility, developed by 7R, a leading developer of high-quality commercial properties, spans over 20,000 square meters and is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading Polish aluminium systems manufacturer.
Aluprof, part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operates across over 50 markets worldwide and is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades. The company employs nearly 3,000 people and has production facilities in Poland and abroad.
The building was tailored to Aluprof's functional and technological specifications for operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment. It was developed to meet Aluprof's operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
The acquisition fits within Accolade’s broader European strategy of sustainable industrial infrastructure investment, with a portfolio spanning multiple countries including Poland and the Czech Republic.
