Advises Accolade and Conseq on acquiring the BTS warehouse facility from 7R, as per our website's recommendation
In a strategic move, European industrial real estate investor Accolade, in partnership with Conseq, has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility in Poland. This modern industrial building, spanning over 20,000 square meters of production and office space, is fully leased to leading Polish aluminium systems manufacturer, Aluprof.
The facility, located in Międzyrzecz near Bielsko-Biała, was designed and built with Aluprof’s specific operational needs in mind. It caters to the company’s warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics requirements, with tailored functional and technological specifications to optimize efficiency, safety, and the working environment.
Aluprof, part of Grupa Kęty S.A., is a significant player in its sector, with operations across more than 50 markets and nearly 3,000 employees. The company is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of aluminium systems.
Accolade, on the other hand, manages 62 industrial parks across eight countries, emphasizing sustainable industrial infrastructure. The acquisition was advised by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright from Warsaw, with Magdalena Zienkiewicz leading the team. Counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associates Jakub Kowalczyk and Katarzyna Berestecka, associates Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, Karol Truszkowski, Wojciech Jaskulak, and associate Damian Pawlak (who handled clearance aspects) were also part of the legal team for Accolade.
The Polish law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska advised 7R on the sale side. This transaction marks a joint acquisition of a high-quality, tenant-tailored warehouse in an important industrial region of Poland, executed with expert legal advisory from an international law firm.
