Accenture Song has appointed Ami Palan as their head for the Americas region.
Accenture Song Appoints Ami Palan as New Americas Lead
Ami Palan has been named the new leader of Accenture Song's Americas region, effective as of August 2025. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading and growing Accenture Song’s business across the Americas, including shaping and delivering the strategy for the market [1][4].
Palan takes over from Ndidi Oteh, who is transitioning to become Accenture Song’s global CEO on September 1, 2025 [1]. Prior to this appointment, Palan was Accenture Song's global service practice lead. She brings over 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies on marketing, sales, and service transformations, with a track record of working with over 100 clients in more than 20 countries [1].
Palan's leadership emphasis includes continuing the foundation laid by her predecessor, driving growth, pushing creativity and innovation boundaries, and delivering strong client and partner value across the Americas [1][3]. Her experience includes transforming marketing, sales, and service functions for various companies.
Meanwhile, Accenture Song has made leadership appointments across its Asia-Pacific business. Simone Morandi takes on additional duties as Asia Oceania lead, a newly created role reporting to Junichiro Kurokawa. In this role, Morandi will lead the Southeast Asia region [2]. Kurokawa, who was previously the financial services lead for the U.S., succeeds Flaviano Faleiro in his previous role [2].
Accenture Song is a creative agency offering consulting and technology services. In her new role, Palan will ensure that clients benefit from the full spectrum of Accenture Song's offerings and its consulting and technology expertise [1][4]. Oteh is confident that the team will continue to excel and deliver exceptional results under Palan's leadership [1].
