Abhishek Kalra Returns to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner
Abhishek Kalra has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its Corporate Practice, based in the Mumbai office.
Kalra, who has over 12 years of post-qualification experience, specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. His expertise includes advising multinational corporations and private equity clients on investments, acquisitions, exits, and corporate governance matters.
Before his recent return, Kalra had been recognized for handling transactions across various sectors, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and IT. His reappointment is part of CAM’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its corporate practice capabilities to better serve clients.
Cyril Shroff, the Managing Partner of CAM, publicly welcomed Kalra back, highlighting that his return would enhance the firm’s expertise in corporate law.
